Luke is the General Manager for the New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory region. He oversees six base laboratories and their associated annex laboratories.

Having over 16 years’ experience in the industry, Luke has worked across a diverse range of projects including mining, residential, airports, rail and pavement investigations, as well as a considerable amount of major RMS projects.

He has managed numerous on-site and base laboratories focused on the delivery of earthworks, concrete and aggregate testing as well as material certification. He has delivered large-scale projects including Tuggerah to Doyalson (T2D), Kariong to Somersby (K2S), Scone Bypass, Mt Pleasant Mine, NACC R8000 Project, Tourle Street Bridge Duplication, Lake Macquarie Transport Interchange, Nelsons Bay Road Upgrade, NCIG Rail Flyover, AGL LNG Storage Facility, Upper Hunter Valley Alliance (ARTC), Bengalla Mine Expansion, Mangoola Mine, Ravensworth Mine and Wagga Wagga Bypass.

Luke is a hands-on operator that likes to look at the technical aspects of projects and see what alternative solutions can be found to save money or time. He is highly sort after by clients at the tender stage to assist in the competitiveness of their bids often assisting in the development of construction or testing methodologies based on the materials they will be utilising.
