Josef is Coffey testing’s Senior HR Administrator. With 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Leadership, Josef brings a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Josef holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, and is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. He also plans to complete a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, with the goal of becoming a versatile “HR Chameleon” — able to adapt and excel in any HR-related scenario.
In his role as Senior HR Administrator, Josef is passionate about the challenges and rewards of supporting our team and fostering a positive workplace culture. He thrives on managing the diverse responsibilities of recruitment and HR administration, from finding the right people and onboarding them effectively to ensuring HR compliance and supporting employee development.
