As CEO of Coffey Testing, Dawn is responsible for a national network of permanent and site-specific laboratory testing facilities, operating in some of the country’s most remote locations.
In total, Dawn has been with Coffey Testing for 15 years. She is the prime example of an individual who worked her way through the ranks in order to get to where she is today.
Starting out at the company as a Clean Lab Manager in 2003, throughout the years, Dawn’s hard work and dedication to the company lead her to various roles in Operations Management, through to 2019, where she became the only female Chief Executive Officer in a Construction Materials Testing organisation.
Throughout her time working for the company, Dawn really appreciates the structure that the business has adopted to promote internally, “Anyone who is motivated to move through the ranks will be given a fair go.”
