Franco has over 30 years’ experience in the construction materials testing industry and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours in Civil Engineering).

His experience includes both roles of a hands on, technical nature as well as managerial roles leading a variety of business units across Western Australia, Southern Australia and Victoria.
