In collaboration with Fulton Hogan, Coffey Testing is proudly providing the geotechnical testing for Contract 2 (Pumicestone Road to Steve Irwin Way section) of the Bruce Highway: Caboolture-Bribie Island Road to Steve Irwin Way (Exit 163) (C2SIW) project.

The C2SIW project will widen an 11km stretch of the Bruce Highway from 4 to 6 lanes between Caboolture-Bribie Island Road and Steve Irwin Way (Exit 163) and upgrade the creek crossings to improve flood immunity. Jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments, this $662.5 million Transport and Main Roads Queensland (TMR) project is expected to be completed by late 2023.
