Darren Pickering

Darren is Coffey Testing’s Chief Financial Officer and has been since August 2019.

Darren completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 1999 and completed his CPA qualifications in 2001.

Whilst Darren has had 4.5 years in the Construction Materials Testing industry, he has over 27 years in total of finance and accounting across various industries in Australia and the UK.

When it comes to his time at Coffey Testing, Darren says, “I enjoy working with a high performing executive team that supports each other and works towards shared goals that are in the best interests of the business.

“I also love the culture of development and training that gives opportunities to anyone who wants to invest in themselves, and that further reassurance that Coffey Testing will support them in these endeavours.”

Overall, Darren enjoys his role, as he states, “I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience, especially to people who don’t come from a finance background, in order to help them become all-round performers.”
