Josie Small is the Sales and Marketing Officer for Coffey Testing on a National scale.
Her role includes but is not limited to, increasing brand awareness of the organisation through social media and digital marketing initiatives, liaising with external stakeholders and clients for sponsorships and partnerships, working with the Management and Functions Teams to roll out major marketing projects, and managing the CRM and working on maintaining efficiency within that space.
Josie has only been with Coffey Testing for a short amount of time, but has a wealth of knowledge under her belt, having been involved within the marketing and digital marketing landscape for over 5 years. She has studied a Bachelor of Creative Industries majoring in Communication (2017-2019) and a Masters of Creative Industries, focusing more on Marketing (2020-2022) at the University of Newcastle.
She states, “I have only been with Coffey Testing for a short amount of time but have found the work here to be extremely rewarding and the working culture is second to none.”
