Phoebe Hulme is Coffey Testing’s Human Resources (HR) Manager. Coffey Testing is Phoebe’s first taste of the Construction Materials Testing industry, and her debut of returning to the workplace after having 3 years off to raise her 2 children.
Phoebe is highly skilled in her role, having the qualification of a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Management under her belt.
She states, “I love having the opportunity to make an impact on our employees at Coffey Testing. I particularly enjoy assisting managers with facilitating training and development with their employees and changing the perspective of what ‘HR’ has traditionally been viewed as in an organisation. “
Phoebe adds about her experience at Coffey Testing, “I really like working here, as everyone takes an interest in each other; we don’t work in silos. We also try to celebrate each other’s wins.”
