Brisbane Laboratory to Host “Skilling Queenslanders for Work” Students
In collaboration with St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and ABC Training and Consulting, our Brisbane laboratory has come on board as a work experience provider for the Vinnies Pathway to Laboratory Skills as part of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program; funded by the Queensland State Government.

Laboratory Tour with App Corporation Pty Ltd
Last Friday, our local team welcomed engineers from APP Corporation Pty Ltd into our Newcastle Laboratory for an onsite tour. Together with Joe Stallard (Newcastle Laboratory Manager) and our Senior Technicians, Coffey Testing hosted an interactive tour demonstrating firsthand how our soil, aggregate and concrete departments operate.
Cade Smallpage – NATA Advisory Committee Reappointment
Congratulations to our Quality Manager Cade Smallpage, who has just been reappointed to the NATA advisory committee receiving a 100% recommendation from the Proficiency Testing and Reference Material Programs Accreditation Advisory Committee (PRP AAC) to extend his term for another three years.
National Proficiency Program
This month, Coffey Testing participated in a National Proficiency Program for compressive strength of concrete specimens and mass per unit volume.
Brisbane Laboratory Expansion
Coffey Testing are expanding our Brisbane laboratory through the addition of a new large building and expansions to the existing building.
Training at Coffey Testing
Coffey Testing continues to invest in our people through formal training as well as on the job development. All certification is through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and complies with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
